Well, as you can see I have not written a blog in soooo long! I have recently decided to start using this blog again because I have been up to alot of creating. I am not doing digital scrapbooking as much anymore but still do that from time to time. I have been painting, making jewelry, making some digital artwork for printing and even learning to sew. I will be posting my "creations" here. I have a few items that I will be starting to sell as well so stay tuned for more information about that.

Today is my Birthday

Well, today is my 30th Birthday! I got breakfast in bed from my wonderful husband! The kids woke me up singing Happy Birthday and I was served in bed! I have let myself play a little today while taking a momentary break from homeschooling and created a birthday tag for myself using a new kit that has not been uploaded to stores yet called Grungy Glitter Princess! I also got a layout done!!

I just love all the pretty grungy papers in this kit!

Okay enough playing for me! It is back to teaching the boys all the things they need to know to finish the 2nd grade and Kindergarten! Logan, my 7 year old asked me yesterday, "so since it is your Birthday tomorrow we are not doing school right"! Wouldn't that be nice, for the world to stop just because it is your birthday! I told him that no the world does not stop on your birthday and that we still must do school. Hope you all have a wonderful day.

We got snow this evening here in Slovenia!!! I thought I would share some pictures of the kids playing. I hope you all had a wonderful Thanksgiving and day after. I got all my Christmas stuff up today and I even made a wreath and my husband made the centerpiece. I will post pics later. I am off to watch some shows and eat popcorn with my hubby.

Look at this new layout I made of my sweet little (middle) boy Hayden. He is 6 now this was last year, isn't he so cute! I made this with the PTU kit Sally Snow from Gemini Creations. I just love all the elements in this kit! I used a layout template from Scrap outside the box. She has some great templates you should check them out.

I was playing in photoshop today trying to keep my mind off of my spasming esophagus and I created this moon, so my pain is your gain (literally). I hope I get this thing figured out soon because it is not fun! I have been having these attacks, like I am choking on my spit, but I cant breathe and then when I can breathe I can not stop coughing. It feels like there is something in my throat. I think that it has something to do with acid reflux coming up and sending my esophagus into spasms and them my throat is inflamed. I am going to try a bland diet for a few days and take some prilosec otc to see if it helps. It happened twice today. Well, I will let you know if I get it figured out.

CU Snowman

Hello everyone! I have been really busy working on a new kit. The name of it is Up Town. It is a tagger size kit and I am really excited about it. It is going to have a ton of papers. I have made alot of my own elements on this one. I found alot of brushes and I had a great time creating. While I was playing I made this snowman and decided to give it away to everyone to help you have fun creating. So many people have been so kind as to share their hard work with others so I want to share too. I hope that you like it and get a lot of use out of it. TOU is have fun and so whatever you want with it but please do not claim it as your own and redistribute as is. It is in greyscale form so that you can recolor it anyway you want.

Hello everyone! Today has been a very long day and in some parts very frustrating. When you work with computers and children (not together, boy would that be a nightmare) there are bound to be days like this! I homeschool, out of necessity and my six year old was giving me a lot of trouble today and my computer was doing the same thing (and still is). I have joined a really great group of ladies at a scrap store called Spoil Me Pink Scraps. It's grand opening is today but my computer is giving me fits and will not let me upload to the store. Well, I have two kits uploaded but they do not have previews. Well, not to worry I will have this all worked out tomorrow. Hey everyone, I have been busy the last couple of days with the kids and other things (we went on a field trip Monday and helped a farmer friend of ours harvest apples. From 9 am to 5 Pm!
